Cakes by Diane: I LOVE to bake. Well that sums up everything for me. Ok ok here is a little more detail. I have been baking ever since I was 15. I truly enjoy it and never thought much about coming home and whipping up a cake from scratch (even at that young age). Fast forward to today. I have baked cakes for all my kids’ birthdays and for church events but for the most part I have taught myself what to do. By watching TV and now watching youtube as well as reading tons of internet information I have learned a lot. This month (June 2010) I have decided to start taking cake decorating classes. I am so excited that I thought why not start a blog as well. Pictures will be posted of most of the cakes I have made during the past years. But best of all new cakes as well.
