Final Cake for Wilton Royal Icing Class

Roses in a Basket. This is the final cake from my Wilton class. I did the basket weave - which was not that hard to do. It took more than an hour to complete the basket weave and the roses were done during the week. I love the way it turned out.

Wilton Fondant and Gum Paste Class

I made daisy's for my final cake that we will complete on Saturday. I have to complete the purple roses tonight. More pictures to come.

Working on Final Cake for Wilton Royal Icing Class

Pink and light pink roses will adorn my final cake. I am hoping to do the basket weave around my final cake so I have make 24 light pink and 24 pink roses with royal icing. Thursday evening we will work on the basket weave for the sides of the cake.

Final Cake For First Wilton Decorating Class

Here is my final cake from the first Wilton decorating class. This is the new Wilton ribbon rose. This was so much fun and now I am taking the other two classes offered at Joann's. More pictures to come soon.
